The Y-CARE partnership is pleased to announce the launch of the Y-CARE E-Learning Platform, an important project result designed to support the professional development and well-being of youth workers across Europe. The platform provides access to the training materials and learning modules developed within the project and offers a flexible digital environment for learning and collaboration.
The Y-CARE project focuses on strengthening the capacity of youth workers to address mental health challenges, build resilience, and improve their emotional well-being while working with young people. Through innovative digital tools and targeted training modules, the project aims to equip youth professionals with practical knowledge and skills that help them manage stress, prevent burnout, and create supportive environments for young people.
The newly launched training portal hosts the project’s structured learning programme, which includes several thematic learning units addressing key topics relevant to youth work. These modules cover areas such as understanding burnout, work-life balance, communication and emotional intelligence, peer support, mental health awareness, and sustainable self-care practices for youth professionals.
In the coming months, project partners will begin the piloting phase of the training programme, using the online platform to test the developed modules with youth workers in their respective countries. The piloting activities will allow participants to explore the learning materials, engage with the platform, and provide valuable feedback that will help further improve the training content and user experience.
The launch of the Y-CARE Training Portal represents a significant milestone for the project. By combining innovative digital learning with practical training resources, the platform will support youth workers in strengthening their resilience, enhancing their professional skills, and promoting healthier and more sustainable youth work environments across Europe.
Stay tuned for further updates as the Y-CARE partners begin piloting the training programme and sharing the results of this important phase of the project.
